The renter is obligated to keep the rental vehicle clean. The fee for a dirty vehicle ranges from €20 to €100.

The renter receives a roadworthy vehicle that is in proper working order and agrees to treat it with care and return it in the same condition as when it was picked up, including the keys and all vehicle equipment. The renter receives a clean vehicle (it is forbidden to enter the vehicle with wet clothing; if the upholstery is soiled by sea salt, the renter is responsible for the cleaning costs) and is obligated to return it in the same condition and with the same fuel level as when it was rented.
-
The renter is responsible for the cost of an empty vehicle. If the renter causes an accident while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances, or drives recklessly, exceeds the speed limit, and thereby causes an accident, they are obligated to pay all costs incurred by Fast24, as well as the administrative fees.
-
The renter is obligated to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was rented.
-
If the fuel level upon return of the vehicle does not match the level at the time of rental, the renter is obligated to reimburse Fast24 for the cost of the missing fuel. In the event of a breakdown due to incorrect refueling, the renter is responsible for all resulting costs.

Should a Fast24 employee need to be called out due to a breakdown caused by the renter's error, the renter is obligated to pay the travel costs of €0.50 per kilometer (round trip). Costs for overfilling the vehicle are not reimbursed. In the event of a traffic accident, collision, or other damage to the vehicle, the renter is obligated to notify the police and Fast24. Failure to comply with these provisions will result in the renter being billed for all vehicle repair costs.

In the event of damage to or loss of the car keys, navigation system, child seat, or damage to the vehicle interior, the renter is obligated to reimburse the rental company for the cost of replacing the respective items.
-
The rental period begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 9:00 PM on the same day (or by 9:00 AM the following day if the vehicle is returned to the airport).
-
In the event of a break-in, the renter is not liable for stolen or damaged items. The renter is also not liable for items left in the vehicle after it has been returned. The rental company may return any items left behind for a fee of €50 plus shipping costs.
-
If it is determined that the renter is using the rental vehicle contrary to the agreement or its intended use, or if there is reasonable suspicion of theft or unauthorized appropriation of the vehicle in connection with the rental agreement, or if the vehicle is driven off the island of Mallorca, the rental company may terminate the rental agreement without notice. Termination will be effected by sending a notice of termination to the provided email address or telephone number. Smoking, the use of e-cigarettes, alcohol consumption, drug use, and the transport of animals in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
-
The renter may charge the owner a fine of €200 for violations of the aforementioned prohibitions.
-
The renter is responsible for paying all fines, parking fees, highway tolls, other road infrastructure charges, and all other private and public costs incurred through the use of the vehicle during the rental period.
-
The renter is obligated to reimburse the owner for all amounts incurred due to the renter's violations of fines, parking fees, tickets, or other road infrastructure charges.
-
If the renter fails to pay the fine or receives a refund, the fine amount, plus processing fees, may be quadrupled. (The deadline for repayment of the fine is 7 days from the date of delivery of the penalty notice.)
-
If the vehicle is left in neutral and the handbrake is not engaged, causing it to roll away and resulting in damage, the renter is liable for all costs, including repair costs.
